St Leonard’s Snowsports strongly recognises the achievement and success of their athletes!

2010 National Qualifiers

Congratulations to James Whiteside, Ruby Maddison and Tess Leopold who qualified this year for the National Championships in Perisher Valley.

James Whiteside, Division 2 Boardercross, qualified in 8th place at the Subaru Victoria Interschools Snowsports Championships.

Ruby Maddison and Tess Leopold, Division 1 Boardercross, qualified in 4th place as a Team at the Subaru Victoria Interschools Snowsports Championships.

I am delighted to inform you that our students have performed exceptionally well at the Australian Interschools Snowsports Championships, Perisher Valley.

James Whiteside, year 10, finished in 22^nd place in the Division 2 Boardercross (Snowboard).

Tess Leopold and Ruby Maddison, year 11, finished in 6^th place as a Team in the Division 1 Boardercross (Snowboard).

Individually the girls performed extremely well, Tess and Ruby, finishing in 10^th and 18^th place, respectively.

What an achievement – absolutely outstanding!!!!
