The following photos represent our involvement at the St leonard’s College Community Fair Day on Saturday 19 March. First and foremost, thank you to Diane Hollingsworth, who stepped into the role of Convenor for the Snowcones Stall. Her contribution and enthusiasm was very much appreciated. Diane has made an immediate impact on Snowsports, taking on the newly created role of Interschools Administrator. She will provide support and assistance to the Interschools Team and Academic Staff during the Subaru Victoria Interschools Championships in August at Mt Buller. In additon, a number of students from Middle and Upper School volunteered their time throughout the day to provide great customer service. The students were supervised by Anneke Thomson, Louise Daniels, Andrew Caris and Louise Mason. Thank you for their support in ensuring the day ran smoothly. Finally, an extended appreciation to Tony Baenziger who provided some much needed technical support.

St Leonard’s College Community Day Fair – Wrap Up

I would like to extend a sincere appreciation of the timely effort and enthusiasm of Mr Andrew Peter, Convenor of the Snowcones Stall, during the St Leonard’s College Town and Country Community Day Fair on Saturday 20 March. Mr Peters’ input made the day run very smoothly.

In addition, thank you to Mr Tony Baenziger who manned the Snowsports Information Tent during the Fair. We managed to provide students and parents, who missed the Snowsports Information Nights, with a Participant Handbook, Camp Costings and a ‘Free’ St Leonard’s Snowsports Promotional DVD. It was a delight to view several of Mr Baenzigers’ DVD’s from the beautiful ski landscapes of Canada.

Finally, thank you so much to the staff and students, in particular, who helped man the Snowcones Stall/Snowsports Information Tent. Several of my form students were so enthusiastic!

Morning tea will be available in the Middle School Buidling during recess this Monday to thank those who helped run the Stall.
